One question I ask myself before every purchase is whether or not I can afford something. Sometimes you might be tempted to buy something, but first you might want to consider whether you can afford it or not. Spending more money than you have is not always such a good idea as you have to pay interest on any loan you take. Even if you do not need to make any payments for the first few months, then ultimately you will still need to pay some interest. If you bough something with the money that you have, then it would simply cost you less than if you buy it with a credit card or by taking a loan.

This hand held console sold over a million copies in Japan alone.

I know that many people do not have any savings. They hope that their credit card will help them pay for all unexpected expenses they might have. The problem with credit cards is that you cannot use them forever. You need to repay your loan at some point. While there are many benefits of credit cards, the use of a credit card can also be a trap. If somebody gets used to using his credit card whenever he needs some extra money, he might become addicted to it. It might be difficult to stop the habit of using a credit card every time he wants to buy something.

I check my email on a regular basis as I think that it is a good idea. I am sure that many other people do so as well and some of them might be even addicted to checking their email. While there is nothing wrong with being excited about your email, it is also important to be aware of any potential dangers. One thing that many internet users will encounter at some point are hoax email. It might be an email from some “prince” from an African country asking for money or someone promising that if you lend him money he will give you back a lot more. What such email have in common is that ultimately they ask you for your money. Beware of such hoax emails as you might lose a lot of money if you fall for them.
